By downloading or using Speakfirst ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
Speakfirst grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Speaking-coaching feedback and optional activity-photo verification use an external AI provider (OpenAI), routed through a Cloudflare relay we operate. By using these features you agree that the text transcript of your drill or the photo you scan will be sent to that provider for analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated feedback is provided for general practice and reflection. It is not professional advice and may contain mistakes — treat it as a suggestion, not a verdict.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to submit content (including photos or spoken audio) that is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Speakfirst is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Exercise detection, screen-time blocking, speech scoring, and activity verification depend on device sensors, Apple's frameworks, and third-party AI models, and may not be perfectly accurate. The app's wellness and speaking content is informational and is not medical, mental-health, or fitness advice. You are responsible for your own safety when performing physical exercises and should consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speakfirst and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
